Reproducible Builds: Weekly report #176

Here’s what happened in the Reproducible Builds effort between Sunday September 2 and Saturday September 8 2018:

• The trydiffoscope command-line client for try.diffoscope.org was uploaded to Debian unstable by Chris Lamb. It included contributions already covered in previous weeks as well as adding a add missing Build-Depends on dh-python.

• There were further updates for our website including Arnout Engelen fixing some presentation titles and URLs and making some initial changes to use the logo and colours from our style guide which were subsequently adjusted by Chris Lamb to avoid breaking the navigation and ensuring images were visible on all pages on the site.

• Our Jenkins-based testing framework that powers tests.reproducible-builds.org was updated this week, including Holger Levsen explaining how to cleanup systemctl’s state and to drop a “work-in-progress” disclaimer and Hans-Christoph Steiner added new packages to the FDroid dependency list.

• 11 Debian package reviews were added, 9 were updated and 11 were removed in this week, adding to our knowledge about identified issues. A new randomness_in_frozenset_representations_in_sphinx toolchain issue was identified and added by Chris Lamb.
